I LOVE my new car! DVW, MM and the gal who helped us with all the paperwork were all wonderful! We have NEVER walked into a dealership and purchased a car that day. We always tell them that we want to think about it over night, because we have always felt pressured. We did not experience that at all and we were both surprised that we walked out that Saturday having PURCHASED a new car! One of the reasons that we wanted to purchase the car from your dealership was that when I called to ask about coming in on Sun afternoon, we were told that you were not open on Sunday. We like supporting businesses that are closed on Sundays.
Sales staff there did a great job. Kept is simple and straight forward. I am from out of state and they held the vehicle at my request until I was able to pick it up. Easiest vehicle I have ever purchased. They did a great job.
I just want to comment on the exceptional service I received this past weekend. I was able to purchase a brand new Jeep Liberty Sport 2011 after leasing a 2005, and 2008 Jeep Liberty. My sales person was very knowledgeable, sincere, and kind in approaching me when I was waiting for service of my 2008 Jeep. My lease was due to expire in 6 months and I was not real sure what direction I would take. I just want to thank Mr. Thomas for assisting me in my new purchase and also thank the Hayes Dealership for allowing me to purchase from you. With pleasure! I have in fact purchased the Caliber I found on-line. I spent many months looking for the right car, I knew the Caliber was at the top of my list, but without having the opportunity to actually drive one, I remained on the fence. When I saw the Internet special listed I immediately filled out the "Contact The Dealer" information and received a phone call and email from BM within a few hours of my inquiry. He was very friendly and informative. I let him know I wanted a test drive and discussed his availability. I showed up Saturday morning and immediately felt at ease with his easy going, friendly nature. After the test drive he walked me through the details of the car, the dealership and my options. He even attempted to get me a trade in amount on my poor decrepit '95 Saab.
I also had the opportunity to work with a very nice woman in finance. She worked very hard to get me a better rate on the interest than I was expecting. She also walked me through the details and was very informative and knowledgeable.
Now I have a beautiful new car, with payments that are right for me. I feel great knowing I'm covered by the extended care warranty and couldn't be more pleased with my car buying experience. To think, I just came in to drive the car.

I purchased a used car with 50k miles already on it. When we test drove the car, we loved it. The salesman was very laid back and let us discover the value of the car. We detected a faint syrupy smell when we drove the car, but everyone thought it was the shampoo from the carpet. Turns out the smell didn't go away when the perfume of the shampoo started fading. I called the salesman 6 days after we bought the car. He said it sounded like the heating block (a $500 repair from what I had found on the internet). HOWEVER - he told me to come into the dealership and they'd take care of it. In the back of my mind I thought "great.. just what I need.. a service bill". When I got there he gave me a loaner car to drive around while they looked into it.. He also told me "we'll take care of it" again. I stopped him and asked how the cost of the repair was going to work. He told me they should have not sold a car with a problem so the repair was free. In summary, I had a wonderful sales experience, the staff was polite and helpful and when I came across that mechanical problem, they fixed it free of charge while providing me with a free loaner ON A USED CAR THAT WASN'T CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED!!! Simply awesome!!
